Important: This model was discontinued in February 2022. Technical support and repairs are provided by Digital Check for a minimum of four years after the date of purchase. However, due to the discontinuation of support by Microsoft for the embedded Windows CE operating system used by this scanner, it may not be possible to resolve issues in all situations.
If you are a remote deposit customer having problems with the initial setup of your scanner, including device not detected by your deposit software, please contact your bank or software provider first.
